This is one of the finest views in Cornwall. The beach is one of the loveliest spots in England and the sea really is that colour. On this day with the sea mist rolling in it was very atmospheric. The photo was taken from the famous Minack theatre and to reach it from the beach is quite an exhilarating climb. Porthcurno has a claim to fame in that telegraph cables that served the British Empire started there submerged journey from this beach and you can still see that legacy today. An interesting but very beautiful sight. Please check out my French travel books on Paris, Provence and French wine.
