A lovely collection of images Neal. Dr C and I are not particularly fans of Paris, but many of the styles of brasseries, streets, architecture etc can be found all over France …… without the “Parisian attitude”. This is what we love about France, the continuity of many cultural artefacts but within a culture that varies by city and region. It’s people that do it!

Paris for us just has a lot of special memories. Most of the trips we have done with friends have been to Paris and very memorable. Sadly, they cannot be recreated fully anymore so they are special times. It is the variety of people and places that I think is the real attraction of France. I think you engage with people much more and satisfyingly outside of Paris though but I am fascinated by the history of the city.
